Jessi has over 15 years of experience with hair design, as well as background in management, diversity, and inclusion. Jessi also creates Smithfaced Designs, making custom clothing, stickers, and etched glass. Jessi enjoys the variety of services she can provide in the salon rather than doing one thing. Outside of work, Jessi enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids, and 2 grandchildren.

Sara (aka Friday) has over 10 years of experience as a barber. Fades are what she loves! Sara also has amazing skills with long hair, and children's cuts. She is a veteran of the US Army, a mother to 3, and laughs with her entire soul. In Sara's downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching scary stuff, and attending concerts.

Christine has been a stylist since 2008. she has traveled the country as an artistic director learning from the biggest artists and brands, then passing that education on to stylists and students. She brought her knowledge to Manitowoc in 2020. Christine is an expert color specialist, with unique placements and techniques for every type of hair. She also carries certifications in extensions and keratin smoothing treatments. She loves cutting hair with a razor if you'll let her! When she's not at the salon, you'll find her in her gardens, cuddling with her fur babies, or buried deep in a book.
